Arrow Video’s new UK Blu-ray edition of Jack Arnold’s The Incredible Shrinking Man comes packing with some super badass cover art. If you don’t have arachnophobia, you can scroll down to see it below.

The classic 1957 sci-fi/horror film about a man named Scott Carey (Grant Williams) who finds himself becoming smaller and smaller after being exposed to radiation shocked audiences with its scenes featuring Carey being chased by cats and spiders, which to him seemed giant-sized. The spider featured in the film and on Arrow’s Blu-ray cover is actually a member of the Theraphosidae family, which is hardly surprising, as Arnold also directed the 1955 classic Tarantula.

The Incredible Shrinking Man was based on the novel by Richard Matheson, and also starred Randy Stuart, Paul Langton, and Raymond Bailey. The Arrow Blu-ray is available on Amazon, and a post of the back cover on Arrow’s Facebook page features a full list of bonus features.
