Back in June, we posted a piece about The House With a Clock in its Walls. The 1973 John Bellairs novel that was illustrated by Edward Gorey is getting an adaptation from director Eli Roth and it will star Goosebump‘s Jack Black.

On Roth’s Instagram page, a video was uploaded where he, Black, Cate Blanchett, and what looks to be Owen Vaccaro, all rocking out to Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song” on the set of the film. Aside from some outfits and basic production, you’re not going to see much about the movie. That being said, it’s rather charming to see this group having a moment of pure fun and joy. If they’re having this good of a time, I have a strong feeling that it will translate into the movie and we’ll be leaving theaters with a big smile on our faces!

The novel follows a young boy who moves in with his Uncle, a moderately talented warlock. The house was previously owned by an evil couple who attempted to destroy the world. Before they died, they constructed a clock that is hidden somewhere within the walls of the house, where it keeps ticking towards a cataclysmic apocalypse…
