Strangeland II: Disciple No Longer Happening

A year has passed since we last reported on Dee Snider’s Strangeland II: Disciple. At that time the film was set to start shooting in Cleveland and casting had started for extras. Now, however, it looks like the sequel ain’t happening.
In response to a fan’s question on Twitter as to “whatever happened to Strangeland 2??”, Snider stated, “Dead in the water. #soeffingfrustrated.”
Considering Twisted Sister frontman turned filmmaker Snider and horror icon Robert Englund were both set to reprise their roles from the original, this is sad news indeed for Strangeland fans.
