Don Mancini Teases the Return of Glen/Glenda in Next Chucky Flick

I think we can all agree that writer-director Don Mancini’s new Chucky flick Cult of Chucky was a welcome breath of fresh air to the franchise. But where was Glen/Glenda?
Mancini evidently cut out all references to the character from the film but that doesn’t mean we’ve seen the last of the seed of Chucky. In a recent interview, with Mezco Toys Mancini was asked if we can expect Glen/Glenda’s return in the next film and he replied:
“All I can say is… STAY TUNED!”
While this is in no way confirmation that the (somewhat) beloved character will make his return, it’s nice to know Mancini hasn’t taken him off the table for good.
