Greetings again, everyone. It appears that last week I neglected to include The Dark Tower and Kidnap on the list as they have been released on VOD as of Halloween. My apologies for that; I have them listed here for this week.
This week you can check out a more dramatic side of Jeffrey Dahmer in My Friend Dahmer, which will hit theaters on Friday. If you can’t make it to the theater this weekend, November 7th is bringing both Cute Little Buggers and The Elf to your home on VOD.

Cute Little Buggers (11/7 – VOD)
From the director of Deadtime and Crying Wolf comes Cute Little Buggers! Will you let them take our women? It’s Gremlins meets Hot Fuzz set in the English countryside. After hostile aliens crash-land on local farmland, the villagers at the summer ball get suspicious when young women start going missing. The villagers soon band together around our hero Melchoir to fend off the invaders and bring back peace to the sleepy English countryside! Enjoy B-movie laughs in this creature feature from director Tony Jopia.

When an assistant to a daguerreotypy photographer falls in love with the latter’s daughter, the relationship mirrors the art form as love and pain combine.
The Dark Tower (10/31 – VOD)
The last Gunslinger, Roland Deschain, has been locked in an eternal battle with Walter O’Dim, also known as The Man in Black, determined to prevent him from toppling The Dark Tower, which holds the universe together. The Elf (11/7 – VOD)
Nick is haunted by night terrors stemming from a tragic murder he saw when he was young. After inheriting an old toy shop, he discovers a cursed elf doll sealed inside an ancient chest with a naughty list of his family’s names written on it. He soon discovers that the elf was an evil conduit meant to unleash a supernatural killing spree during the Christmas holidays by whoever set it free.

My Friend Dahmer (11/3 – Theaters)
Before Jeffrey Dahmer became a notorious serial killer, he was a shy, alcoholic teen who never quite fit in. Based on the acclaimed graphic novel by Derf Backderf, this is the true, haunting story of Jeffrey Dahmer in high school.
24 Hours to Live (11/3 – MOD/pre-theatrical)
Making a rare foray into rock ’em, sock ’em action territory, Ethan Hawke plays a CIA agent who sacrifices everything for his employers, including his family and, ultimately, his own life. No sooner has he shuffled off this mortal coil, though, than he finds himself mysteriously resurrected for one last mission that’s timed to last exactly 24 hours. Once the countdown clock embedded in his arm reaches zero, he’ll once again nod off into an eternal slumber if he hasn’t completed his task. Before that happens, expect him to wreak bloody havoc on both his targets.
