The Spooky Hour Horror Hour returns this week with a double dose of ear candy. That’s right, kids. Because of the madness of Comic-Con last week, you’re getting two shows this time! Two, I tell you!
Last week Sub-Z finally watched “Insidious” and thinks it’s just okay. Ted believes Hobo With a Shotgun is The Toxic Avenger without all the fun. We watch Night of the Comet on Netflix movie night. Sub-Z thinks Transformers: Dark of the Moon is less horrible than the last one. Zombieland 2 apparently gets cancelled. Kitsune calls in from Japan. Plus, Ted’s allergy test results are all kinds of spooky. Listen!
This week Raychul is back from Comic-Con with absolutely no horror news to report, but she does have a few thoughts on Insidious. Freddy Krueger is preparing for Kombat. Ted, Sub-Z and DerrickH watch an oldie but greaty on Netflix streaming and argue the value of releasing a new entry in a horror franchise every single year. We get calls from Nick from Boulder, err, Denver and Curtis. Plus, DerrickH theorizes the connection between true crimes and Lifetime movies.
