Ah, damnit. Dee Wallace (listen to our Halloween: Then and Now interview with her!) is at that strange point in her career where she could very easily fall into a lot of crap roles if she’s not careful. Not that I mind her getting more and more work!
Now taking a role in Alone in the Dark 2 is not the best idea I’ve ever heard, but since Uwe’s not behind the camera for this one, (he’s merely producing it) it might be all right this time out. Moviehole has learned that Dee is on board the sequel, which will also star Rick Yune (filling the small shoes of Christian Slater), Lance Henriksen (never a bad thing) and Ralf Moeller (a Uwe Boll regular).
No word yet on what the film will be about, but Boll producer Michael Roesch is co-directing with Peter Scheerer, the same team behind the Sid Haig/Ken Foree vampire flick Brotherhood of Blood. Keep it here for more details as we learn ‘em!
