Synopsis
It has been several years since making a deal with the Devil and Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage), living in self-imposed isolation, finds himself as the only person who can help save 10-year-old Danny – and ultimately the world – thanks to his unwanted and uncontrollable power – his ability to transform into the hell-on-wheels monster known as The Ghost Rider.

As someone who collected the complete original run of the comic books I want to see a proper spirit of vengeance. With the Crank directors behind this one things are looking up, the only big anchor being Nicholas Cage who is likely to ham up the role too damn much yet again. Quirky for it’s own sake is NOT character.

Know what? I didn’t hate the first one. Enjoyed it, actually. At least the scene with Nic Cage eating jellybeans and laughing at the karate chimp.

Don’t remember the rest too much.

But I’m in for the sequel, no doubt.

I’m with you – I count it among my guilty pleasure flicks. And with the Crank guys behind the sequel, I really don’t see how it can be anything but a helluva good time.

Okay, that’s looking a bit badass.
