It is with a heavy heart that we must report on the passing of Italian writer, producer, and director Umberto Lenzi, who, according to Repubblica.it, has died at age 86.
Lenzi directed movies such as Sacrifice!, Eyeball, Almost Human, Nightmare City, Cannibal Ferox, The Hell’s Gate, and many more titles that appeal to genre fans.
We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends in this very sad time.
