Brea Grant Finds Herself Among Friends

We’ve got a Rob Zombie Halloween II reunion of sorts on our hands today. WAIT! Don’t leave yet. This might turn out pretty good actually. And I’m pretty sure we’ll be without cows or white horses, so that’s a step up, right?
Brea Grant has signed on to Danielle Harris’ Among Friends. No word on who she’ll be playing, but there’s another odd bit of casting to report. Director Xavier Gens has signed on to play himself. Odd, yes?
The film was written by Alyssa Lobit, who also stars along with Harris, Chris Backus, Jennifer Blanc Biehn, AJ Bowen, Brianne Davis, Dana Daurey, Kamala Jones, Chris Meyer and Tanya Newbould.
So what’s it all about, you ask? Among Friends centers on a group of old friends who get together for a dinner party, but of course clearly things aren’t quite what they seem.
The flick is said to be an Eighties style horror comedy in the vein of April Fool’s Day, Clue and Happy Birthday to Me along with some other fun stuff!
