Torin Langen’s 3 Dead Trick or Treaters is causing quite a stir in the festival circuit and we want to get this movie firmly set on your radar! To do that, we’ve got an exclusive clip below that creates a rather sinister atmosphere in a local cemetery that when coupled with a creepy stalker culminates in something perfect for Halloween season! You can see it for yourself below.

Langen tells Dread Central, “3 Dead Trick or Treaters is a fusion of mood-driven experimental filmmaking and kitsch Halloween imagery. In whole, the project is an expression of isolation and the anxiety that comes with it; characters struggling with morality under horrifying circumstances. This is merged with my love for dime store monster masks, silent storytelling and underground music.

Shot over four years in Kitchener-Waterloo, Southern Ontario, 3 Dead Trick or Treaters will be playing nearly 40 times before year’s end, spanning Asia, Europe and North America, with a possible follow-up tour in spring 2018. To follow the dates, head on over here.

Holden Levack, Jeremy Charles Singer, Raven Cousens, Eric Repke, Mike McCarville, Ryan Leandres and Lindsay Stewart star in 3 Dead Trick or Treaters, which features original music by Stephen Schooley as well as the music of Andrew Laughton & Bensen Carter.

Synopsis:
After stumbling upon the graves of three murdered trick or treaters, a small town paperboy discovers a series of handwritten horror stories tacked to the children’s headstones. Penned by a deranged pulp author driven mad by his craft, the stories chronicle grisly tales of Halloween rites, rituals and traditions. Absent of dialogue and heavy on atmosphere, 3 Dead Trick or Treaters is a horror anthology unlike any you’ve seen before.
