This Ghost in the Graveyard Poster is Confusing Me Greatly

A poster for the upcoming horror film Ghost in the Graveyard has been released and I’m very confused by what I’m seeing. While the general concept is simple enough (a nun with her mouth covered), it’s everything else that’s going on that is throwing me for a loop.

Are we supposed to believe that this hand belongs to the nun, who, thanks to her black eyes, is clearly evil? If so, that is clearly a man’s hand, so I’m not buying it. Also, what’s with the tribal-meets-witchcraft tattoos? Lastly, the font of the logo is killing me because it’s basically The Witch-meets-Fast and the Furious. Gotta conjure up some hexes…fast!

See it for yourself below and tell me I’m wrong!

Written and directed by Charlie Comparetto, Ghost in the Graveyard stars Maria Olsen, Tony D. Head, Dane West, Grace Narducci, and Zebedee Row.

Synopsis:
A small town comes under the thumb of Martha, a ghost who returns to haunt the people who witnessed her death during a “game” of Ghost in the Graveyard as young children.
