Better Watch Out for this Trailer Because The Elf on this Shelf Wants to Put You in a Grave for Christmas

It was only a matter of time before we got a horror movie take on the new holiday standard that is “The Elf on the Shelf.” Kind of amazing to think neither Syfy nor Charles Band made this movie first. That honor goes to The Elf, and he’s anything but one of Santa’s little helpers.

With new Puppet Master and Chucky movies both just rolling out and Annabelle enjoying big box office worldwide, now seems to be the perfect time for the horror universe to get introduced to yet another diabolical doll ready to ruin the lives of children and adults alike.

Meet The Elf — the hateful playful holiday hybrid of Chucky and Annabelle you could imagine Andre Toulon carving for a very special Puppet Master: Axis of Christmas.

Justin Price (The 13th Friday) is the filmmaker responsible for this escapee from the Smith’s Grove Sanitarium of misfit toys. The Elf stars Gabriel Miller, Natassia Halabi, Lassiter Holmes, Les Best, and, of course, The Elf.

As is the case with all elves on shelves, innocent and naughty alike, they really like to watch. This one in particular would really like you to watch the trailer for The Elf.
