Sequel to Stephen King’s IT Gets a Release Date

We all knew it was coming. As sure as we knew that we all float down here, a sequel to Stephen King’s IT was coming at us. We just didn’t know when. That changes now as Warner Bros. has announced a September 6, 2019, release date for Part 2.

Andy Muschietti will once again be at the helm for the second half of Stephen King’s novel, which will focus on the Losers’ Club 27 years later, after they’ve grown up and moved away, only to be drawn back to Derry when a devastating phone call summons them again to the scene of Pennywise’s ghastly handiwork.

Expecting some casting news soon, but we’re pretty damned certain that Bill Skarsgård will surely be back. Stay tuned, kids!
