Here’s one for you guys out there looking to get a glimpse of the Mars-less Total Recall remake … the first behind-the-scenes images of both Jessica Biel and star Colin Farrell have made their way online, and we have every just-standing-around pixel of ’em for ya!

The movie ditches the Martian storyline from the original pic and instead involves nation states Euromerica and New Shanghai. Farrell’s Douglas Quaid is a factory worker in the latter who begins to believe he is a spy — although he doesn’t know for which side.

Joining Farrell and John Cho in the film, which is shooting in Toronto, are Bryan Cranston as the villain with Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel as the female leads, Quaid’s wife and revolutionary girl friend, respectively. Bokeem Woodbine portrays Quaid’s best friend, Ethan Hawke is on board for a cameo, and Bill Nighy is apparently still in negotiation for the role of Quatto, the leader of the resistance.

The remake will be landing in theatres on August 3rd, 2012.
