Finally, after what seems like a ridiculously long period of silence, Fox has made the official announcement for Wrong Turn 2: Dead End on DVD which, as we first told you about here, is due out on October 9th.
The DVD will feature some pretty good stuff, extras-wise, which is a pleasant surprise. Of course it’s widescreen with a kicking soundmix, but we’ll also be getting the following:
Now here’s where you all will finally be able to understand why we love Joe Lynch so damn much on this site. Knowing him, imagining him having a conversation with Henry Rollins about a horror film they made makes me very, very happy to think about.
To add to the warm fuzzies, Lynch also let us know that the film has officially been added to Austin’s FantasticFest, the fastest-growing new film fest out there. Seriously, it’s gotten more kickass horror debuts in the last few years than fests that have been around forever. Check out the info for its showing at the Fantastic Fest site!
A tiny version of the box art is on your right and, because we like you so damn much, an exclusive still from the flick on your left. Mmmmmm … looks good. When you’re done, be sure to go way back to read my Wrong Turn 2 set visit.
Wish you could learn to survive with Rollins in our forums!
