A trailer for the horror/thriller Happy Hunting has been released and if it reminds you of The Purge and The Most Dangerous Game, you’re not alone! The concept is that a guy comes to a small town just as their annual “hunt” is ready to kick off. Turns out he’s the prey and he’ll have to find a way to survive the terrifying ordeal.
Written and directed by Joe Dietsch & Louie Gibson, Happy Hunting stars Martin Dingle Wall, Ken Lally and Kenny Wormald. It will hit limited theaters on September 22nd.
Synopsis:
An alcoholic drifter must battle withdrawal and psychotic rednecks after he becomes the target of a deranged sporting event.
