Here at Dread Central getting head is very important to us. When we do get it, we always make sure we give it back. To not do so is just selfish. Case in point: the latest bit of eye candy for Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings.
Below you’ll find the new one-sheet, the previously released one-sheet and the franchise trailer, which takes us down memory lane with a look back at the previous three installments and provides a sneak peek at the mayhem awaiting us in part four.
As we’ve mentioned previously, Wrong Turn 4 serves as a bit of a prequel to the 2003 Rob Schmidt-directed killer hillbilly flick that launched the franchise and was written and directed by Declan O’Brien (who returns to the series following his helming of Wrong Turn 3: Left For Dead). It follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They make a “wrong turn”, getting lost in a storm, and seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of its former patients still reside there and are not happy about the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, the college kids must fight to survive the night.
Sean Skene, Daniel Skene and Scott Johnson play Three-Finger, One-Eye and Saw-Tooth, respectively, and the Skene brothers’ father, Rick, serves as the film’s stunt coordinator. Jennifer Pudavick, Tenika Davis, Kaitlyn Wong, Terra Vnesa, Victor Zinck, Jr., Dean Armstrong, Ali Tataryn, Arne MacPherson and Samantha Kendrick round out the body count with Blane Cypurda, Tristan Carlucci and Bryan Verot portraying the disfigured brothers at the heart of the series during their formative years.

At an isolated hospital deep in the West Virginia wilderness, three hideously deformed mutants go on a merciless killing spree. Now, decades later, this family of blood-thirsty cannibals is stalking new prey: a group of young skiers trapped by a blizzard. The abandoned medical wards soon become killing fields as the panicked victims come face to face with a chilling choice: fight back or die. With bonus footage too graphic for theaters, WRONG TURN 4 takes you to the most terrifying place of all…the beginning.
