Cover Art and Synopses for All Six Issues of the True Blood: Tainted Love Comic

While waiting for the June 26th premiere of “True Blood” Season Four, why not sink your teeth into the second series of the “True Blood” comic collection, entitled “Tainted Love”, which features all of the show’s favorite characters – Sookie, Bill, Eric, Jessica, Jason, Tara, Sam, etc. – in a brand new storyline that is separate from the series?

Experience the world of Bon Temps in a whole new way while staying satiated until the much anticipated new season. Actor Michael McMillian, who plays Fellowship of the Sun leader Reverend Steve Newlin, co-authored the six-issue arc with fan-favorite writer Marc Andreyko. Joining McMillian and Andreyko was artist Joe Corroney, who, along with superstar artist J. Scott Campbell, provided the covers.

The first four issues are currently available in comic book stores nationwide and at the HBO Shop in New York (42nd & 6th Ave) and HBO Shop Online (click here for Issues #1-#6). The “True Blood” comics are also available for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch through the “True Blood” comics app on iTunes. Look for Issues #5 and #6 in June and July, respectively.
