Okay so we didn’t actually find any new images in the woods, though that would have been pretty cool. The main reason why we didn’t however is because … well … we know better than to be messing around the damned forest to begin with!
Below you’ll find some fresh eye candy along with the artwork and original batch of stills for Patricio Valladares’ flick Hidden in the Woods or En Las Afueras De La Ciudad. This horror film that mixes drama and action was shot over the course of 14 days. It is currently in post production for release in Chile later this year.
Synopsis
Chilean director Patricio Valladares was inspired by true events of multiple murder cases which transpired over the last several years. Ana and Anny are two sisters who have been raised in isolation under the atrocity of drug dealing and the incestuous obsession of their grim father. When they, tired of the abuse, call the police, he kills two officers and is put in jail. Free from their father, the girls now will have to escape from Tío Costello, the local drug lord trying to recover a large amount of drugs hidden in the woods.
