How many of you are users of some sort of ridesharing app? Y’know, like Uber, Lyft, Fasten, etc…? I bet that many of you have had nothing but overall good experiences with it. You order a ride, you get in, you get to your destination, the money exchanges hands behind the scenes, and you’re done. Those kinds of rides, depending on the conversation between rider(s) and driver are usually 4-5 stars. But what if the driver drugged you and then decided to kill you? That’s a 1-star rating. Well, 2 if he makes it painless.

That’s the basic premise behind Rideshare, the upcoming horror/thriller. To give you a taste of what’s to come, we’ve teamed up with the film to bring you a first look at the teaser trailer! Simply head on below and give it a view!

Written and directed by Tremain Hayhoe, Rideshare also stars Joshua Lee Young, Syd Wilder, Madeleine Wade, Caitlin O’Connor, Elisabeth Steen-Nokleberg, Liam Kyle Sullivan, Ilana Cohn, Rucka Rucka Ali, Curtis McGann, and Bradley Laborman.

Rideshare will be coming out on October 13th.

Synopsis:
Hitch, the most popular Rideshare app in Southern California, has created job opportunities and safe rides for millions. At least, that’s what the company wants you to think. Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before the story went public. The story of that one night. That one, horrific night. This movie is the story of that fateful night. Who will live? Who will die?
