Synopsis
Raya is an artist. A visionary. A serial killer. And while Raya takes great pride in the artistic sensibilities of her masterful murders, the police don’t appreciate her work. As Raya passionately paints the town — and the countryside — deep red, one man works furiously to put an end to her brutal brand of self-expression.
