Piranha 3DD Casting Notes Hit the Net

And the Piranha 3DD details keep on coming as casting notes for the upcoming film have appeared online. Warning, though, before you read – there are some minor spoilers to contend with.

The sequel continues down the path of the “absurd” as the piranha this time make their way into swimming pools, pipes, plumbing and such at a newly opened waterpark named Wilderness Waters! The race is on to save the town from these flesh-eating creatures that are leaving a bloodbath in their wake.

YAY bloodbath!

Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton have written the flick, and producer Joel Soisson will be adding some polish to it. Look for Piranha 3DD directed by John Gulagar in theaters November 23, 2011, from Dimension Films. It also looks as if Dimension will be filming in 3D this time instead of doing a conversion. Please make it so.
