Louis Hunter Another bit of casting news has come our way for The CW’s upcoming witchy little show “Secret Circle”, and while we have no clue who he is, it’s a good bet that the chicks will like him.

According to ZAP2it Australian actor Louis Hunter (pictured right) has been cast as Nick Armstrong.

Nick is one of seven members of the show’s coven of witches and could be described as the group’s “bad boy.” He’ll be joining the previously announced Brittany Robertson, Shelley Hennig, Jessica Parker Kennedy, Phoebe Tonkin, and Thomas Dekker.

“Secret Circle” centers on Cassie, a California teen who moves to her mom’s hometown of New Salem and discovers that she is a witch and part of a secret coven. She’s also the key that will unlock a centuries-old battle of good versus evil. Dekker portrays Adam, the oldest member of the aforementioned coven and a love interest for Cassie.

Williamson is penning the script and serving as an executive producer on the project, which, with its auspices, has emerged as a strong contender for a pilot pickup. The CW’s pilot episode will be directed by Liz Friedlander. Keep it here for more as it comes.
