The fate of the anime series may be up in the air, but fans of the Tokyo Ghoul manga series can look forward to the upcoming live-action film, which hits Japanese screens on June 29.

Two brief teaser trailers have been released for the film, and aside from a few minor differences here and there, they’re mostly identical. Have a look for yourself and decide which one you prefer below.

Masataka Kubota stars as Ken Kaneki, the college student who was transformed into a bloodthirsty ghoul after a life-saving operation leaves him with ghoul organs implanted into his body. Masataka Kubota, Fumika Shimizu, Yū Aoi and Nobuyuki Suzuki also star, whilst Kentarô Hagiwara directs.

In addition to the poster released back in December, distributor Shochiku also revealed a killer new one-sheet, which you can admire below. As you can see, the one-sheet really captures Kaneki’s struggle to hold on to his humanity as his monstrous side threatens to take over.
