Be virtue of the fact that people are still actively searching to find new life forms, sooner or later somebody is bound to find something. The trouble is who knows what will happen then? The smart money isn’t on them (it) being friendly.

The good folks over at io9 got the heads up on a new post-apocalyptic flick called Plug that begins in Portland, Oregon, under the direction of concept designer David Levy (Assassin’s Creed, Tron Legacy).

Though details are scant at the moment, we do know that Plug follows the exploits of Leila, a spunky twenty-year-old on a quest for other life forms, who finds her survival in jeopardy when she succeeds.
