We’re still waiting for the official synopsis from The CW for “Know Thy Enemy”, this season’s 17th episode of “The Vampire Diaries”, but in the meantime they’ve provided us with a quick teaser trailer for the show.

Episode 17 “Know Thy Enemy” (4/7/11 Air Date):
MOMMY’S BACK! As those of you who are caught up on the series are well aware, the end of last week’s ep saw the return of Mia Kirshner as Isobel (Alaric’s wife and Elena’s mother), and we couldn’t be happier. How she’s going to tie in with the hunt for Klaus remains to be seen, but we’re definitely on board every step of the way!
