Just when The Asylum though they had the market cornered on movies featuring mega-sized sharks, here comes Fred Olen Ray’s Super Shark to up the ante with a giant land-walking shark that does battle with a walking Sherman tank mech.

Undead Backbrain got the exclusive update on the Hollywood Chainsaw Hooker‘s director’s foray into the world of mega-sized carcharodon mayhem, including both new artwork and the exclusive new trailer. Fighter jets get bitten out of the sky, oil rigs are toppled, bikini babes are terrorized, Jimmie Walker says “Dy-No-Mite!”, and a shark flippers its way onto land to do battle with a tank straight out of General Patton’s steampunk fantasies. What more could you possibly want?

A former “Dukes of Hazzard” star, you ask? You got it. John Schneider stars. As does Sarah Lieving, whom you may recall as the female lead in The Asylum’s Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus. Could this be considered two-timing on her part? Has the Mega Shark been cuckolded?
