And the home invasion sub-genre keeps ticking away with the latest entry being the generically titled Home Invasion. Really, guys? Nothing else a little snappier?
Our boys over at Bloody Disgusting scored the first word regard the flick starring Haylie Duff (pictured below; Pennhurst, Backwoods) and Hitcher star C. Thomas Howell.
Doug Campbell’s indie Home Invasion was written by Christine Conradt and begins lensing March 8th in Los Angeles. It tells the story of a single mother who fatally shoots a burglar in self-defense and then joins a support group where she makes a friend, not knowing her new pal is the burglar’s girlfriend seeking revenge.
