Supernatural Thriller The School Is Shooting in a Mental Asylum

Production has kicked off on the supernatural horror/thriller The School, which is being shot in Australia’s Gladesville Mental Asylum, according to ScreenDaily. The film is being directed by Storm Ashwood and stars Megan Drury, Will McDonald, Nicholas Hope, and Jack Ruwald.
Ashwood explains, “Combining the themes of fear and parenting and utilizing similar styles in modern Spanish ghost films with an homage to the Japanese horror genre, The School promises to be a classic horror thriller alongside films such as The Orphanage, The Others, and The Ring.”
Synopsis:
A surgeon and mother of a comatose son becomes trapped in a building haunted by children from her past.
