At the End of Fear, Oblivion; Robert Englund Voices Scarecrow in New Injustice 2 Character Trailer

One of the most recognizable murderous psychopaths in comic book history is about to be played by one of the most popular horror actors in Hollywood, as Robert Englund has taken to Twitter to confirm rumors that he’ll be voicing Scarecrow in Injustice 2. Although it’s only a vocal performance, this is still one heck of a great casting choice.
For those of you who aren’t big on comics, Scarecrow is actually Jonathan Crane, a mad scientist obsessed with the effects that fear has on the human mind. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released a new trailer for Injustice 2 showing him using his signature Fear Toxin against his opponents in addition to a wielding a nasty looking grappling hook. I’m never gonna someone wearing a potato sack over their head again.
Injustice 2 hits stores on May 16.

Scarecrow plays on the fears of the unknown to inflict terror on his victims. An anarchist obsessed with using chemistry and psychology to spread and study fear. He joins the Society in order to sow panic on a global scale.
