Directed by Jack Perez, Some Guy Who Kills People stars Kevin Corrigan, Lucy Davis, Barry Bostwick, Karen Black, and Leo Fitzpatrick. The flick centers upon a small-town loser who sets out to kill each of the men he deems responsible for his miserable life.
