As the man says, it’s been a long time since we’ve heard about this project, but at least we finally have something to show for it!
Scott Phillips (The Stink of Flesh) dropped us a line today with a heads up that the trailer for his latest feature, Gimme Skelter, is finally ready for public viewing (check it out below) and that they’re a mere week away from locking the picture. The film is about a second wave of Manson fanatics who take up the torch of insanity, spearheaded by an illegitimate throne to the man himself.
Gunnar Hansen, Trent (Terror Firmer) Hagga, Ashley (Beerfest) Bryce, Billy (Feeding the Masses) Garberina and more star in the indie flick, which looks to be just as insane as Flesh, if not moreso.
Gimme Skelter will be making its worldwide premiere at Albuquerque, New Mexico’s Guild Cinema this August 10th and 11th, where cast and crew will be on hand, likely seeing the completed film themselves for the first time!
