With “I Was a Teenage Werebear”, filmmaker Tim Sullivan’s horror musical segment of the feature film anthology Chillerama, in the can and the film poised to unleash its gonzo mentality upon horror audiences in the near future, Sullivan informed us today that fans can catch a live sneak peek of one of the musical numbers from “Werebear” this coming Friday in Granada Hills, CA.

Tim SullivanSullivan (who directed the feature 2001 Maniacs and also served as last year’s host of the VH1 reality series “Scream Queens 2”) will co-host the pre-show for this Friday’s screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Regency Theatres (16830 Devonshire Street), which is set to include a live rendition of his self-penned love ballad “Love Bit Me on the Ass,” as featured in Chillerama (see our coverage from the set of that film by clicking here).

Commencing February 4, 2011, at 11:30 pm, attendees are encouraged to come in full Rocky Horror regalia (or lingerie, for the lingerie contest) and participate in The Wild & Untamed Things (LA’s Rocky Horror shadowcast) sponsored event. Tickets will be $11 at the door (or you can click here to purchase them online), and the event is 17 years of age and over (ID will be required). For more information visit the event’s Facebook page.

Be the FIRST to hear this song and get in on the ground floor of what looks to be the next audience participation midnight movie event – CHILLERAMA!
