It’s been awhile since we’ve gotten an update on the indie feature Valley of Ditches, but now we’ve learned that 108 Media in Toronto is kicking off a VOD release of the film on March 21st. It’s hitting all the major outlets, and we have the full details below.

From the Press Release:
Feature length indie thriller Valley of Ditches will be available on five major North American platforms for purchase on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. The film has partnered with Toronto-based 108 Media to secure distribution through iTunes, Amazon Google Play, Vudu, and Xbox live.

The micro budget movie premiered at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood as part of the prestigious Dances with Films festival last June and has since had a targeted festival run, screening in Florida, the Pacific Northwest, and England. Reviews have praised the lean, efficient, and effective storytelling and the solid lead performances; and one scene in particular has generated a lot of buzz for its extreme graphic nature.

A minimalist cross-genre blend co-written by director Christopher James Lang and lead actress Amanda Todisco, Valley of Ditches appeals to horror, thriller, dramatic, and crime audiences alike. Complete with some stunning cinematography and an eerie, surreal soundtrack, it’s sure to be a hit with those brave enough to check it out.

Along with Todisco, Valley of Ditches (official site here) stars Russell Bradley Fenton and Jeremy Sless.

Synopsis:
A young woman bound in the front seat of a car watches helpless as her captor digs a grave in the desert ground. The lifeless body of her boyfriend lies framed in the rearview mirror, a fate she will fight at all costs to avoid for herself. But this is only the beginning of a brutal struggle where survival could be worse than death..
