Similar to what’s going on with Children of the Corn: The Dweller, word just broke that the next chapter in the Hellraiser franchise, Hellraiser: Revelations, is undergoing some reshoots of its own.
According to Bloody Disgusting Victor Garcia (Mirrors 2) is getting back behind the camera for three days of additional photography on Hellraiser: Revelations. Casting is under way with implications of adding some more deaths to the standalone film.
Being that Hellraiser: Revelations was shot in just two weeks, any little bit of extra shooting time should only serve to better the overall film, which, if it weren’t for Garcia’s involvement, we’d have absolutely no hope for.
Hellraiser: Revelations stars Devon Sorvarin (The Dark, The Realm), Steven Brand (as “Dr. Ross Craven”), Sanny Van Heteren (as “Kate Bradley”), Tracey Fairaway (as “Emma”), and Daniel Buran (as “Vagrant”) in Dimension Films’ low budget sequel. Garcia is working from a script written by F/X maven Gary Tunnicliffe.

PINHEAD is back and in his chamber of soulless delights. He thought he had two willing participants in STEVEN and NICO. But Nico wants out and decides that a member of Steven’s family will serve as proper barter. Terror ensues.
