New Trailer Packs One Hell of a Sucker Punch

It’s been a while since last we spoke about Zack Snyder’s new flick Sucker Punch. Mainly because when it comes to anything even remotely resembling the horror genre it’s for sure on the fringe. Yet, this latest trailer was too damned badass not to share with you guys.

Sucker Punch is an action fantasy that takes us into the vivid imagination of a young girl whose dream world provides the ultimate escape from her darker reality. Unrestrained by the boundaries of time and place, she is free to go where her mind takes her, but her incredible adventures blur the lines between what’s real and what is imaginary…with potentially tragic consequences.

Emily Browning plays the girl; Carla Gugino, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Scott Glenn, Jon Hamm, Oscar Isaac, and Abbie Cornish are also on board. Zack and Deborah Snyder are producing Sucker Punch through their Cruel & Unusual banner. He’s directing from a script he co-wrote with Steven Shibuya.

Look for it in theatres on March 25th, 2011.

Why are teenage girls in the 1950s having the fantasies of Playstation-obsessed teenage boys in the 1990s?

Looks like the same Snyder special…
Bad acting, slow mo crap and flashy fx….
And Glen Scott…wtf happened man, that exposition was terrible….

The mind is like a parachute…it only works when it is open.

A lot of cliches packed into one small trailer. On the other hand when has Snyder failed to be entertaining? NEVER, so yeah, I’ll go see this.
