AFM 2010: Lionsgate International Moving Forward with Sales for Silent Hill 2

We have been waiting ever so patiently for news regarding the sequel to Christophe Gans’ Silent Hill, which starred Radha Mitchell, Sean Bean, Laurie Holden, Deborah Kara Unger, Kim Coates and Tanya Allen. Finally, with AFM dawning, there’s been some movement.
According to Bloody Disgusting Lionsgate International will begin pre-sales on Silent Hill 2, the sequel to the 2006 video game adaptation, at this week’s big film dance.
Though we still don’t have any specific details, we do know that Roger Avary and Samuel Hadida (respectively, the screenwriter and producer of the first film) of Davis Films have officially signed on for the sequel.
No word yet on if Radha Mitchell will be returning, but she did express some interest a while back.
