New Scream 4 Images Appear on the Page and Online

It seems as if there’s a new Scream 4 story almost every couple of days. Not bad for a flick that doesn’t come out until next April. Sit back, kids! Time for some more images from Wes Craven’s latest stab-happy venture!

Scream franchise fan site Hello Sidney just put up a scan of imagery that appeared in what we believe to be People magazine. Dig on it below.

Scream 4 stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Britt Robertson, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Mary McDonnell, Anthony Anderson, Aimee Teegarden, and Marielle Jaffe with confirmed cameos by Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell, Shenae Grimes and Lucy Hale.
