That Damned Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Delays the Opening of Sheridan’s Dream House

Anyone who’s seen The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo knows that she’s a handful, but now she’s even causing trouble on the horror front! Or rather, I should say, her remake is.
“Jim Sheridan’s Dream House was set to open on February 18th of 2011, but the Universal thriller is requiring full-cast reshoots, and actor Daniel Craig is unavailable until December,” reports Movie Web. Craig (pictured right) is busy shooting his role in the remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo so Morgan Creek is now shopping for another release date. Stand by for updates.
Dream House follows a family that relocates into what appears to be the ideal residence in small town Connecticut. However, the husband (Daniel Craig) and wife (Rachel Weisz) are disturbed to discover that their beautiful new home was the site of another family’s slaughter, believed to be at the hands of the husband, who survived. Naomi Watts plays their neighbor.
