Terrance Zdunich has just released “Mother’s Day”, Chapter 5 of his portrait of a dysfunctional American family in the 90’s, The Molting, and it’s the huskiest installment to date with 56 full-color pages. In addition, 100 limited-edition TZ cockroach necklaces are available for order with the Collector’s Set of The Molting Issues 1-5.
First off, here’s a synopsis of “Mother’s Day”:
It’s Halloween in Anaheim … but the real witches, vampires, and ghosts materialize when some unsuspecting trick-or-treaters knock on the Pryzkind family’s front door.
Original artwork from the series will be on display on October 23rd at The Tutor’s Gallery: Art Show, Performance & Comic Book Release Party being held at the Paul G. Gleason Theatre, 6520 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, CA. Click here for more details, including how to get tickets.
