Don Coscarelli Continues Teasing New Project – Could This Be Phantasm 5?

Just yesterday we reported that Don Coscarelli has joined the Twitterverse and has been teasing a new project. Well, the man has not stopped, and today more has come direct from the horse’s mouth regarding just what this new film could be.
Don just posted the following on his Twitter account: (@DonCoscarelli):
“Grammy winner Angus Scrimm an Elvis fan? Who would’ve thunk?”
This raises two possible questions:
* Is Coscarelli saying Scrimm has landed a role in Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires;
* Or, for the sake of speculation, could he be hinting that Scrimm would be facing off against Bruce Campbell, who originally played Elvis in Bubba Ho-Tep?
And why link yesterday to a website with a Phantasm themed hearse? Of course this could all be the hopeful musings of a curious fanboy, but we’ll continue to monitor the situation.
