File this one under, “You’re kidding, right?” for now, kids! A new rumor surrounding musician Nick Cave’s re-imagining of the James O’Barr’s classic tale of vengeance from beyond the grave has just hit online and it truly is a scary one!
Bloody Disgusting reports that Mark Wahlberg has been offered the lead role in Relativity Media’s The Crow, a remake of the 1994 film made famous, or infamous for that matter, by the late Brandon Lee.
Cave has been working on a rewrite of the script with Stephen Norrington (Blade, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen) that will find Eric Draven back in Detroit and whipping ass through another Hell Night.
No word yet on whether or not Wahlberg will accept the offer but the thought alone has us quaking in our boots! Tell us what you think below!
