While we’ll all be watching his throng on the living dead doing their thing when AMC’s “The Walking Dead” debuts on Halloween, F/X artist extraordinaire Greg Nicotero has another spooky treat for us that comes in the fashion of a new short film!
“The United Monster Talent Agency,” is a faux promo for a fictional Hollywood agency representing monsters from Universal Studios circa 1950s. The short film features guest appearances by Eli Roth (Cabin Fever, Hostel), Dana Gould (“The Simpsons”), Robert Rodriguez (Machete) and “The Walking Dead”‘s own Executive Producer and Director Frank Darabont (who fittingly plays a director). Where else would you see what Frankenstein’s monster and The Invisible Man do when the camera’s aren’t rolling?
