Zed Fest 2016 Now Under Way in North Hollywood

If you live in or near Los Angeles, we want to bring to your attention the 7th Annual Zed Fest Film Festival 2016, which kicked off yesterday and still has quite a few interesting films in its lineup to share.

Of special interest to Dread Central readers is the Ms. Vampy’s Love Bites screening tonight at 9:00 pm PT.

From the Press Release:
The Zed Fest Film Festival & Screenplay Competition was founded to encourage and support independent filmmakers who work in the horror, suspense, science-fiction, drama, action, adventure, and arthouse genres.

The event is held at the Laemmle Noho 7 in the Noho Arts District, 5240 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601. It runs through Thursday, November 3, bringing together many independent and up-and-coming filmmakers from around the world.
