Another behind-the-scenes video for the upcoming September 26th return of Showtime’s “Dexter” has popped up online, this time featuring the show’s writers, who discuss last year’s finale and how it impacted the development of the fifth season.
“In Season Five Dexter has to get in touch with things he never felt before: guilt, sorrow, self-forgiveness. There is blowback from his reckless behavior. He has blood on his hands and an appetite for vengeance that can’t be quenched. ”
Joining regular cast members Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, James Remar, Desmond Harrington, C.S. Lee, Lauren Velez, and David Zayas, along with a briefly returning Julie Benz, will be previously announced Season Five guest stars Julia Stiles, Peter Weller, Chris Vance, Jonny Lee Miller, April Lee Hernandez, Shawn Hatosy, and Maria Doyle Kennedy.
