Star Wars Gets A B-Movie Horror Makeover In New Posters

default-featured-image

The official Star Wars Facebook page revealed two new posters designed by artist Mark Daniels in which he reimagines two of the creature encounters from the series as retro horror B-movies. First we have the slave dancer Oola and her unfortunate encounter with Jabba’s pet in Lair of the Rancor, and then those damn Tusken Raiders are up to no good again in Revenge of the Sandpeople.

Now, let’s we real, we’re never gonna see a Star Wars horror movie (although we do have Joe Schreiber’s trilogy of adult horror novels set in the universe and the the young readers Galaxy of Fear books), so this tease is probably the closest we’re ever gonna come. Still, I sure wouldn’t mind hanging one of these on my wall.

Synopsis
Illustrator Mark Daniels reimagines elements of the Star Wars galaxy as B-movies in these two posters… but which film would you rather watch if they were real?
