M. Night Shyamalan Talks Next Flicks in His Night Chronicles – Returning to Unbreakable

Recently the ever infamous director M. Night Shayamalan sat down for an interview to promote his upcoming production of Devil, directed by the Dowdle brothers, as well as discuss the next films we’ll be seeing under his Night Chronicles banner.
Shyamalan revealed to MTV that in the third film of the Chronicles we’ll see the story he was going to use for Unbreakable 2.
“I cannibalized the idea for the sequel to ‘Unbreakable’ for one of the ‘Night Chronicles,’” revealed Shyamalan. “It was such a cool idea for a villain, and it was actually originally in the script of ‘Unbreakable,’ and it was too much. There were too many villains, so I pulled this villain out and was like, ‘I’ll make that the second flick.’”
