In news that is sure to make the Foywonder either jump for joy or shudder in fear in turns out that Sony Pictures is tinkering with the idea of putting giving the green light to the sequel to their oodly entertaining yet completely bewildering flick Legion.

According to director Scott Stewart, “Legion 2 had been talked about, because it has done really well on home video.” Something tells us that since it did do well on Blu-ray and DVD, if a sequel does happen it will probably be heading direct-to-video.

Stewart had intended from the beginning for Legion to be the first part in a trilogy which was why the original film … well … which is why the first film didn’t make a whole lot of sense. Look for more soon.
