Around here we hate spoilers, but we love Godzilla. While we wait for FUNimation to deliver the new film Godzilla Resurgence Stateside, all sorts of things have been pouring in… but today’s update? It takes the cake, eats it, and then takes even more!
This is just nuts… the most insane thing and biggest change to the creature’s overall design in ages! Are you ready?

Godzilla has two heads! That’s right… We’ve all by now seen the images of Godzilla in Godzilla Resurgence (or Shin Godzilla as it’s known in Japan) shooting his atomic death breath out of his head and his tail, but check out the following images of the very tip of the creature’s tail!

We even managed to get our hands on some additional creature designs for the beast. It was said that Godzilla would evolve throughout the film so check out these ideas and looks, which are very fish-like in nature!
Directed by Attack on Titan‘s Hideaki Anno and Shinji Higuchi and written by Hideaki Anno, the film stars Hiroki Hasegawa, Yutaka Takenouchi, Satomi Ishihara, Rando Yaguchi, and Ren Osugi. The flick runs 118 minutes.
FUNimation has nabbed distribution rights to Godzilla Resurgence for North, Central, and South America, with plans for a late 2016 North American theatrical release. For more info keep it locked here and on the official Godzilla Resurgence website.
Synopsis:
After a mysterious accident occurs in the tunnels of the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line, Japan’s emergency cabinet convenes to find the cause and a solution. Immediately afterwards, a huge creature appears, destroying town after town on a path of destruction to the nation’s capital… an unfathomable giant organism known as “Godzilla.”
